SHIPPING POLICY
Free Shipping on all eligible orders over 25 EUR and will be delivered in 7 to 10 business days with postal services.

Refused Packages
A 15 EUR Non-Delivery Fee will be charged for refused shipments. The Non-Delivery fee will be charged to the payment form selected during checkout, and will be subtracted from any refund or store credit. All packages returned to sender due to customer error may be reshipped or refunded for a 5.99 EUR fee.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 24-72 hours of being placed. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday will be processed by close of the following Wednesday. Orders placed after 5:00pm GMT will begin processing on the next business day. Please take into consideration the 24-72 hour processing time.
Domestic Delivery Time – Standard Shipping
The total time needed to deliver your package may be longer and is the responsibility of the carrier.
For quicker or guaranteed delivery, overnight and 2-day shipping services are available through DHL at an additional cost. Redpoint.clothing is not responsible for delays in delivery due to events beyond our control, including shortage of materials, labor strikes, transportation failures or acts of nature. Please note estimated shipping time does not include weekends and holidays.
Overnight and 2-day Shipping
For quicker delivery, guaranteed Next Day and 2nd Day shipping services are available through DHL.
Insurance
DHL is required for all deliveries to PO Boxes and military addresses. We cannot guarantee replacement of lost packages shipped via DHL. Redpoint.clothing offers insurance on all packages for an additional cost. This ensures replacement for damaged items or lost packages.
Signature and insurance are automatically applied to all orders over 300 EUR. We highly recommend these shipping options to ensure the safe delivery of your order. If you choose to waive these options, Redpoint.clothing will not be held liable for any shipment damaged or not received.
Department of Transportation
The Department of Transportation requires certain pressurized or flammable items to be shipped via Standard Ground. Any order that contains one or more of these items will automatically be shipped on a ground service.
Freight Forwarders
Redpoint.clothing doesn’t ship to freight forwarders. We reserve the right to cancel all orders shipping to a freight forwarder.
Out of Stock
If an item in your order is out of stock, we will fulfill the remainder of your order and provide you with an estimated ship date of the backordered item(s).
In accordance with holidays, our warehouse will be closed on the following days of the calendar:
January 1 – New Year’s Day
Tuesday, December 25 – Christmas Day
